Originals must be submitted by mail to the Sociedad’s address or to the following e-mail:
A .Text
- The Spanish text must be unpublished; it must be double-spaced in DIN-A/4. Its maximum length is 20/25 pages, including illustrations, tables and bibliography. When text is in paper, a CD-supported copy must also be delivered. author or authors name must appear in a different page, with Place of Work, postal address and e-mail if available.
- Papers must enclose a 10-lines abstract, with title and key words. Title, abstract and key words must be enclosed also in French and English.
B. Notes and quotations
- The Footpage notes are necessary for text comprehension.
- Quotations must be inside the text in the following format: (Terán, 1945); page is to be enclosed when it refers to a specific text in quotation marks (Terán, 1945, 10).
C. Bibliography
- Bibliography is to be at the end of the original text; it is to enclose only the works referred to in the text, and those basic works that are needed to understand the text.
- Works must appear in alphabetical order per authors in the following format:

D. Ilustrations
- Figures or maps must be unpublished; they must be in black and white, clearly outlined. Since the final publishing size is 12 x 18 cm, it is possible they will be reduced. Therefore, care must be taken in lettering, patterns and graphic (never numerical) scales. Photographs must be the necessary ones and always in colour, both as slides or photographs.
E. Evaluación
- All texts submitted will be subject to an external evaluation by specialists on the paper subject.
